Frequently Asked Questions

1. Q: Where is my opponent!

   A: Sometimes a person’s screen name has "Emotions-cons". A way to fix that is to contact your opponent using (Personal Messages) by clicking there name in the Members Area, Send a message, await a response. The next option, only after you have tried contacting them is contacting me and I will give them a nudge.

    

    

2. Q: What if my opponent never shows up?

   A: I require at least 24 hours(1 day) one day on your "words with friends" App. Take screen shots  and save your emails. After the 24 hour period has ended. Submit photos or emails to Admin. After which I will declare the game a forfeit and you will move on to the next round.However; if there is a Fill in player available I will use them and you will be given One extra day to finish your match.

    

    

3. Q: My opponent is way too slow and moves once every hour or so.

   A:Unfortunately, there isn't any remedy for this. You have 3 days to finish the best of 3 games.However; if you only finish one game and you are losing, you will not be penalized. Again you need to save Screen Shots of game progress if this occurs.Remember people do work and you should contact your opponent and work out a time to finish your game. If you feel as though you won't have time to finish all the games, then I suggest you start 2 games at once.

    

    

4. Q: Who gets first move?

   Even number seats are to start the first match (send Challenge). After you have started a match and the game has ended, your opponent should start the following match. The loser of the second round will have the right to start the next match. Please follow this same format in the later rounds. If both opponents are even or odd, the winner with the highest score of the last round will start first. (Check Bracket).  Make sure if you are using emotion-Icons, to turn them off until after the tournament,because it is hard to sometimes find user names with them on. 5. Q: How do I report scores?

   A: It's really easy. When you have finished all your games (The winner), will go to Submit Scores Here link. Or go to homepage and look for the link that says SUBMIT SCORES HERE! and FILL out the form.

6. When Do I start the Tournament & how do I know I'm entered?

   One, If you haven't completed your profile you will not be SIGNED into the tournament. Every one should log in to make sure your WWF User name is correct on your profile. It makes it easier to find you when starting a game.
